Vouchers for
Green Innovation and the Green Transition
Access expert support worth up to EUR 4,000 gross per beneficiary through the GREENSMES project. For micro, small and medium-sized enterprises and entrepreneurs in Republika Srpska, primarily in the Banja Luka region.
The call remains open until the available funds are exhausted.
Who Can Apply?
Eligibility Requirements
Business Status
Micro, small and medium-sized enterprises and entrepreneurs that meet the call requirements and qualify as SMEs under the European Commission’s definition.
Location
A registered office in Republika Srpska, primarily in the Banja Luka region.
Business Requirements
All due taxes and social security contributions must be paid, and the business must not be undergoing bankruptcy or liquidation proceedings. All general and specific requirements are set out in the open call.
Eligible Sectors (S3)
Support is available to businesses operating in the following sectors. The detailed scope of each sector is set out in the open call.

Expert Support for Practical Solutions

Applications must be submitted by email and are assessed on a rolling basis as they are received.
Beneficiary Selection
Checks and Approval
Administrative checks, quality assessment, final checks and selection of a suitable expert.
Delivery of Support
Up to Six Months
From the date the contract is signed, in cooperation with an expert hired by CIDEA.

SEPARATE CIDEA PROGRAMME
Up to Three Days of Free Consulting per Business
The Innovation Capacity Building Programme offers individual work with an expert to assess needs, identify development priorities and prepare an action plan for the green transition.
Deadline: 20 November 2026, or until all available consulting capacity is booked.
This programme has a separate call and its own application forms. Participation is neither a requirement for applying for a voucher nor a guarantee of receiving one.
