Support for More Sustainable Business Practices
The vouchers provide access to expert and advisory services to develop green innovations, improve business operations and prepare for future investments. Support covers three areas:
Innovation Management
Developing a green transition roadmap, improving internal procedures and training employees to manage development projects.
Green Innovation
Plans for developing green products, processes and services, commercialisation strategies and feasibility studies.
Resource and Energy Efficiency
Analysing energy, water and raw material consumption, mapping waste streams and developing measures to improve efficiency.

How to Access Expert Support
1. Check the Call Requirements
Visit the voucher page to review the eligibility criteria, areas of support and selection procedure.
2. Prepare the Required Documents
Complete the application form. The declaration must be signed by an authorised representative, stamped and scanned as a PDF.
3. Submit Your Application by Email
Send the application form and scanned declaration to milena.ljubicic@cidea.org. For assistance, contact CIDEA.
4. Implement the Approved Activities
Following selection and contract signing, you will begin working with an expert. Activities must be completed within six months of signing the contract.
Who Is Eligible for Support?
Micro, small and medium-sized enterprises and entrepreneurs based in Republika Srpska, primarily in the Banja Luka region, that meet the eligibility criteria of the open call and operate in eligible sectors. The food industry does not include primary agricultural production.

The Innovation Capacity Building Programme offers individual work with an expert to assess needs, identify development priorities and prepare an action plan for the green transition.
Deadline: 20 November 2026, or until all available consulting capacity is booked.
This programme has a separate call and its own application forms. Participation is neither a requirement for applying for a voucher nor a guarantee of receiving one.
